- A configured environment, release and rollback procedures, access and monitoring settings.
- Acceptance
- Commissioning checks and technical handover, with subsequent operating responsibilities explicitly assigned.
Preparing for interruption
When recovery and record preservation are unclear, we design an application and data recovery approach.
- Inputs
- Critical processes, acceptable data loss and recovery-time targets.
- Delivery
- A backup and restoration plan with dependency and responsibility mapping.
- Acceptance
- A recovery exercise in the agreed environment; handover with measured results and remaining risks.
